This policy explains how Entreprise de Simo Bousairi (Morocco), which runs the online store accautoma.store, handles the data it receives through its Meta app "Accautoma Ads Manager".

1. What the app does

The app is an internal tool used only by our own business. It connects only to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts that belong to our own Business Manager. It is not offered to other businesses or to the public. We use it to read the results of our own ads, pause or adjust our own campaigns, upload our own product images and videos, and read and moderate comments and messages on our own Pages and ads.

2. Data we receive from Meta

  • Performance data of our own ads (spend, impressions, clicks, results).
  • Comments and messages that people send to our Pages and ads, with their public name and Meta user ID.

We do not receive passwords, and we do not sell, rent, share or transfer any data obtained through Meta to anyone for advertising or any other purpose.

3. Why we use it

Only to manage our own advertising, answer our customers, and hide spam or abusive comments on our own ads.

4. Service providers

The data is processed for us by: Render Services, Inc. (hosting of our server, United States), Google LLC (Gemini API, classification of comments and analysis of our own ad creatives, United States), Groq, Inc. (text analysis for internal reports, United States) and Telegram (internal reports sent only to the business owner).

5. How long we keep it

Comments and messages are kept for as long as needed to answer the customer and manage our ads, and no longer than 12 months. Ad performance data is kept for our accounting and analysis.

6. Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us at any time to delete the data we hold about you:

  1. Send an email to superhackernoie@hotmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the name of your Facebook or Instagram account, and if possible a link to your comment or the date of your message, so we can find your data.
  3. We will delete your data from our systems and from our service providers within 30 days, and confirm the deletion to you by email.

You can also remove our app's access to your information at any time from your Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
